Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped three days a week, typically on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We wait at least 24 hours before fulfilling orders to allow time for changes or address updates.
Domestic orders: If your item says delivered but has not ’t arrived, please contact your local post office.
Any "return to sender" packages due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the customer's responsibility, and the customer must pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
If a package is lost in the mail, the customer is responsible for contacting their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details, but your name must remain visible on the report. We determine replacement for stolen or lost packages on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, OverEasy, LLC is not liable to replace the item. The customer's responsible for providing a correct shipping and billing address.
