Branding ✷ Strategy ✷ Creative Direction
OverEasy served as HealthyLifetime's brand, positioning, and narrative partner — a Creative Brand Strategy engagement in the truest sense. HealthyLifetime is a health-technology company whose offering is grounded in clinical research and serves a layered set of audiences: senior-living and continuing-care operators, health plans and managed-care organizations, investors, and end members and their families. Each audience needed a different case made in a different language, unified under one coherent brand.
HealthyLifetime changes how people think and can measure that change.
Our work centered on solving HealthyLifetime's core strategic problem: moving skeptical audiences from awareness to commitment. We developed positioning and messaging architecture that prioritized the highest-value audiences, sharpened the distinction between a "nice-to-have" and a "must-have," and built ROI-forward narratives for sophisticated institutional buyers alongside warmer, more human messaging for members and families. This included surfacing an under-leveraged part of HealthyLifetime's offering that opened materially larger B2B markets, and giving it a distinct strategic and visual identity within the master brand.
The Lived Experience of Change
Alongside the strategy, we translated complex, evidence-based health science, including third-party academic research and the company's own clinical outcomes, into clear, credible, and compelling communication for non-clinical decision-makers. The deliverables spanned positioning frameworks, audience-tiered messaging, executive-ready narrative and pitch materials, and visual identity, all produced in a consistent brand system.
