Ruggable’s growing creative and marketing teams needed a more scalable way to produce campaign assets across email, paid social, and web. Their channel-based Figma structure created friction, unclear workflows, and unnecessary rework as production volume increased. OverEasy audited the complete creative workflow and redesigned the Figma environment around campaigns rather than individual channels. Through discovery, system design, rollout, and training, the new system improved collaboration, review clarity, status visibility, and production speed. Ruggable gained a flexible creative production system that scales with seasonal demand while allowing teams to spend more time creating and less time managing setup.
